Schedule your appointment

Currently, this clinic is only accepting patients aged 17 and under.

A credit card is required to schedule an appointment. Your card will not be charged. Please review the Credit Card on File Policy and No Show/Late Cancellation Policy.

When scheduling an appointment, please enter the patient’s information, including name, date of birth and gender.

If you are scheduling a Transfer of Care appointment, select “no” to the question “Are you an existing patient?” This will allow you to enter your child’s information into the medical record. If you are transferring care, please contact WMED Psychiatry to sign an Release of Information, so records can be sent to Alpenglow Mental Health
